RESOLUTION NO. 2016-036
CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON VACATING
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS FOR LOT 1, BLOCK 1, OTTER CREEK
CROSSING 1sT ADDITION
WHEREAS, a petition was received on May 20, 2016 requesting vacation of drainage and utility
easement at Lot 1, Block 1, Otter Creek Crossing 1St Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Monticello City Council, pursuant to Minnesota Statute 412.851 and 462.358, desires
to consider the vacation of drainage and utility easements over and across the following property
legally described as follows:
Parcel:
All those drainage and utility easements lying within Lot 1, Block 1, Otter Creek Crossing 1 st
Addition, dedicated in the plat of said Otter Creek Crossing 1St Addition, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Wright County.
NO W THEREFORE, BE IT HEREB Y RESOL VED B Y THE CITY CO UNCIL OF
MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such easements and a public hearing shall be held
on such proposed vacation on the 27th day of June, 2016, before the City Council in the
Council Chambers located at the Monticello Community Center at 6:30 p.m.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to give published, posted and mailed notice of such
hearing as required by law.
