RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
IN AND FOR THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA
AMENDING AUTHORITY BYLAWS.
`i v ncREAS, the Bylaws of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Authority) are in
need of revision due to changes in determining the compensation and approving of the
compensation of the Executive Director;
WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Authority) are in
need of a revision due to establishment of the Comparable Worth Program by the City of
Monticello in 1991;
WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Authority) are in
need of revisions of ARTICLE IV, Executive Director, and ARTICLE V, Additional Personnel.
WHEREAS, the Bylaws of the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (Authority) are in
need of several revisions due to desire to update or clarify certain provisions of the Bylaws
adopted the 6th day of April, 1971;
WHEREAS, the proposed changes to the Bylaws have been reviewed by the Authority
Attorney, Commissioners, and Staff and found satisfactory;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the attached revised Bylaws of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority in and for the City of Monticello, Minnesota, be adopted effective
immediately.
