RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS
FRONT STREET SITE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of property abutting Front Street between
Walnut Street and Locust Street by site excavation, grading, site work and all necessary appurtenant work, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with the
advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Veit & Company of Rogers, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOL VED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF AIDNTICELLO, MINNESOTA:
1. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Veit & Company of Roger, Minnesota for the improvement of property abutting Front
Street between Walnut Street and Locust Street by site excavation, grading, site work and all necessary
appurtenant work according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and on
file at the city offices.
2. The Housing and Redevelopment Authority is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all
bidders the deposits made with their bids except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
