A. Call to Order
Chairman Brad Fyle called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Chairman Fyle
recessed the meeting at 6:01 p.m. until Tuesday, August 16th at 6:00 p.m. due
to a lack of a quorum, with all public hearings continued to Tuesday, August
16th at 6:00 p.m.
