AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE THE CITY CODE — CHAPTER 20,
SECTION 1 - BY ADDING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE
ENTERPRISES AND MASSAGE THERAPISTS
The City Council of Monticello ordains:
That the Fee Schedule City Code is hereby amended, with respect to certain fees and descriptions
contained under "Licenses and Permits ", and shall read as follows:
LICENSES AND PERMITS
Therapeutic Massage Enterprises
Application Fee $100
Therapeutic Massage Therapist
Application Fee $50
Background Investigation Fee $25
ADOPTED BY the City of Monticello on the 8th day of February, 2016.
