AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE THERAPEUTIC MASSAGE ENTERPRISES AND
MASSAGE THERAPISTS ORDINANCE BY AMENDING SECTION 3 -18 -2:
DEFINITIONS
TIME CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MONTICIEILILO ORDAINS:
Section 1. Section 3, Chapter 18 of the City Code of the City of Monticello is amended
to add the following:
3 -18 -2 Accredited Institution — an educational institution holding accredited status with
the United States Department of Education or which has been licensed or
registered by the Minnesota Office of Higher Education or similar agency of
another state or a regional accrediting agency approved by the US
Department of Education.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its passage
and publication according to law.
Adopted by the City Council of Monticello, Minnesota on the 25th day of April, 2016.
