A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 10 OF THE MONTICELLO CITY
CODE, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCES SECTION 2.4(P) - PLANNER UNIT
DEVELOPMENTS:
N®TICE IS HEREBY GITZEN that on July 11, 2016, Ordinance No. 650 was adopted by
the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of Ordinance
No. 650, the following Summary Ordinance No. 650A has been prepared for publication as
authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 10 of the Monticello City Code. The
general purpose of the ordinance amendment is to establish the Mills Fleet Fann PUD District by
adding the following section and to rezone the affected parcels as noted.
Section 2.4(P) — Planned Unit Developments, Title 10 — Zoning Ordinance is hereby
amended by adding the following:
Mills Fleet Farm PUD District
Rezone the following parcels from B -4, Regional Business District to Mills Fleet
Farm PUD, Planned Unit Development District:
Parcels: Lots 1 -2, Block 1 and Outlot A, and Lot 1, Block 2, Mills Fleet Farm
Addition to Monticello
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City's website
following publication.
