SPECIAL MEETING — MONTICELLO CITY COUNCIL

1. Call to Order
Mayor Brian Stumpf called the special meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. in the Academy
Room.
2. Purpose of Meeting: Review the 2015 Financial Audit
Wayne Oberg, Finance Director, explained that this is a preview of the audit report that
Jim Eichten, MMKR, will present at the Council meeting.
Wayne Oberg provided a slide presentation about the 2015 Financial Audit. He talked
about some of the transactions that took place in 2015 and 2016 which have led to
improvements with the 2015 audit, which came back positive and with no findings. He
commended his staff for the excellent work, specifically, Sarah Rathlisberger, Finance
Manager, who worked with MMKR on the audit.
3. Adjournment
By consensus the meeting was adjourned.
