3. Wright County Sheriffs Office updates / O &A session.
A. REFERENCE AND BACKGROUND:
Representatives from the Wright County Sheriffs Office will update the Police Advisory
Commission on recent crime statistics, trends and other law enforcement issues affecting the
City of Monticello, and will respond to questions and /or concerns from the Police Advisory
Commission and others in attendance.

4. Update on City Council appointments to the Police Advisory Commission. (BW)
A. REFERENCE AND BACKGROUND:
The term of Commissioner Jason Roubinek expired on December 31, 2012. During the
Police Advisory Commission meeting on October 17, 2012, the Commission unanimously
passed a motion recommending the reappointment of Commissioner Roubinek to another
three year term to expire on December 31, 2015.
On January 14, 2013, the City Council accepted the Commission's recommendation and
appointed Commissioner Roubinek to a new three year term expiring on December 31, 2015.
The Council also reappointed Councilmember Brian Stumpf as Council Liaison to the
Commission. No Council Alternate was appointed to the Commission for 2013.
The current membership of the Monticello Police Advisory Commission, including term
expirations, is shown below.
General Members: Voting members w/ 3 -year stazzered term limits
Brad Fyle - Chair Tenn expires 12/31/2013
Charles Fradella Term expires 12/31/2014
Jim Roberts Term expires 12/31/2015
Jason Roubinek Term expires 12/31/2015 (reappointment)

Brian Stumpf Voting member (no alternate)
