MINUTES
October 18, 2016
Board members present: Heath Bird - Chair, Bonnie Stromberg -Vice Chair and Karen Vetsch
Board members absent: Brian Stumpf and Jennifer Bethke
Guests Present: None
Staff Present: Ann Mosack- Director
1. Meeting called to order by Chair at 4:32 pm.
2. Consideration of adding items to the agenda. Karen Vetsch added (6) Improvement suggestions for the
Monticello Community Center.
3. Consideration of approving the minutes of the July 19, 2016 regular meeting. MOTION by Heath Bird to
approve the minutes as submitted. SECONDED by Bonnie Stromberg. MOTION PASSES unanimously.
4. Update Items:
a. Financial Summary YTD Reviewed by the Board with no specific discussion.
b. Using CSI Software The MCC Staff will use CSI software to help with tracking usage.
S. Old Business: Rate increase proposal. Rates were reviewed and approved. It was proposed by Ann
Mosack that fitness classes be included in the membership.
6. Consideration of MCC improvements and suggestions. Karen Vetsch suggested to have a teen center with
teen programming options, improvements to childcare training and staff, include fitness classes with
membership. We had a board discussion on these items.
7. Meeting Adjourned at 5:41 pm.
