However, members of the committe and city administrator
had discussed the issue with som of the property
owners and below is their antici ated reaction to the
parking lot:

It was decided that members of th committee would
contact businesses to get a more efinite answer.
Additionally, Ken Maus was going 0 determine if the
Monticello Development Corporatio were to sell the
lot on the corner of Locust and River Street, if the
profits were to be contributed to the parking ~ot for
the other two parcels they own.
