Consensus was to request City C uncil contact Chamber of
Commerce to contact Post Office requesting improved mail
service for Monticello. It was felt that if the City Council
supported the issue the Chamber of Commerce would have better
support for their request.

Discussion held on possible shu tIe but service to Rogers
to provide Monticello residents with connection system to
the Metropolitan Transit Corpor tion system. Hoglund
Bus Service to be contacted toetermineif they would be
interested in such a system and City Administrator to con-
tact MTC on arrival and departu e times in Rogers. To gauge
interest in such a system a que tionaire could be put in
paper and also a period of free service was discussed.
