1. Consensus was that assessment review should be on annual
basis instead of every 2 or J year .
2. Smith-Pringle_Foster's Insurance w uld be given choice of having
their lot hard surfaced and stripe by July 1st or proof of
contract to do work entered into 0 else be assessed without any
parking lot credit for above menti ned lot. City Actminlstrator
to determine whether they intend to surface lot and write letter
indicating the alternatives.
