FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS FOR THE
1978-1 Sanitary Sewer, Watermain,IMPROVEMENT

BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Monticello,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. Mr. John Badalieh -of the city's consulting
engineering firm of Orr-Schelen-Mayeron and
Associates, has submitted final plans and
specifications for the 197$--1 Sanitary Sewer, Streets,
Storm Sewer ,:& Watermain Improvement Project
which are hereby adopted as submitted. The City
Council reserves the right to make any changes
in said plans which may hereafter appear to
be necessary and expedient.
2. The City Administrator is hereby authorized
and directed to cause advertisement for bids
for the construction of said.improvement to be
published by law.. Date and time for opening of
bids shall take place at the Monticello City
Hall on August 18 1975'

The bid security
shall be in the amount of 5% of the amount of
the. bid.
3. The City Administrator and said engineer are
hereby authorized and directed to receive,
open and tabulate bids received at said time and
place, and the Council shall meet at the City Hall
in the City of. Monticello on August 21,
at 5: 00 P. M. , 19,(d
the purpose of considering such bids and awarding
a contract, or -else rejecting all bids.
