Village Hall - 7:10 P. M.
The meeting was called to order at 9:00 P. M. by Co -Chairman
Chuck Stu -of. Members oresent: Miller, Muehlba,ner, Stumpf,
White. Absent: Maus, Werth, Topel,
The P?a"nine Cn."iasinn was resented with a memorandum from
Mrs. Leo (Lenore) Nelvon who was reouesting a Cnnditinnai
Use Permit to bidId a 4-nlex on Lots 4 and 5. Block 34, lover
Monticello. After a brief discission, a mntion was made by
Ron White, seconded by J. W. Miller, to reco-mend to the Village
Council that a Conditional Use Permit he issued to Mrs. Leo
(Lenora D.) Nelson in this R.$ district for the construction
of a 4-plex apartment. Voting in favor: Muehlbauer, Miller,
Stumpf, white. Oppo9ed: None, Absents Maus, worth, Topel.
Motion carried.
A general discussion was led by Chuck Stumpf concerning various
village activities, however, no decisions or recommendations
were made.
A motion to adjourn was made by Ron White, seconded by Larry
Mmehlbauer, voting in favors Miller, Muehlbauer, Stumpf,
White. Absents Maus, Worth, Topel. Opnoseds None. Motion
carried.
Meeting adjourned at 9:10 P. M.
Mrs. Nancy Cassano of the League of women Voters was in attend-
