Members present: Con Johnson, Stanley Hall, Dick
Martie, Gene Walters.
Member absent: Denton Erickson.
Consideration of building permit for Kentucky
Fried Chicken.
A revised plat plan providing six additional
spaces and a mutual parking agreement between
the Kentucky Fried Chicken and Monticello
Mall, Inc., were discussed. The city planner,
Howard Dahlgren, indicated that with the re-
vised plat plan and mutual parking agreement,
parking would be adequate and in accordance
with city ordinances•
Motion was made by Gene Walters, seconded by
Stan Hall and unanimously carried to issue a
building permit to Kentucky Fried Chicken.
Motion by Martie, seconded by Hall and un-
animously carried to adjourn.
