RESOLUTION OF THE MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION
FINDING THE MODIFIED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT NO. 1, AND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
DISTRICT NO. 19, LOCATED WITHIN REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT NO. 1, TO BE CONSISTENT WITH THE
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City's Modified Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment
Project No. 1, and the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing
District No. 19 (the "Plan"), located within Redevelopment Project No. 1, have been
submitted to the Monticello Planning Commission, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes,
Section 469.027; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said Plan to determine the
consistency of said Plan to the Comprehensive Plan of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MONTICELLO
PLANNING COMMISSION, that the Plan is consistent with the Monticello
Comprehensive Plan, and the Commission recommends approval of the Plan to the
Monticello City Council.
