RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MONTICELLO REDEVELOPMENT
PROJECT PLAN TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN #7
WHEREAS, the Monticello Housing and Redevelopment Authority has adopted
a resolution approving Tax Increment District V. and the accompanying
Tax Increment Financing Plan pursuant to M.S. Sections 275.71, et seq.,
and
WHEREAS, said Tax Increment District and Tax Increment Finance Plan
have been submitted to the Planning Commission as required by M.S. 462,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR THE
CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, THAT:
1. The Redevelopment Project Plan and Tax Increment District #7
are found to carry out the purpose and policy of the Comprehensive
Plan for the City of Monticello, Minnesota, and is hereby in
all respects approved.
2. Copies of this resolution be forwarded to the City Council of
the City of Monticello.
