RESOLUTION 87- 2
RESOLUTION APPROVING MODIFICATION #2
OF AN EXISTING TAX INCREMENT FINANCE PLAN
FOR REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT #2.
WHEREAS, the Monticello Housing and Redevelopment Authority
has adopted a resolution modifying the Tax Increment Finance Plan
for Redevelopment District #2; and
WHEREAS, the plan entitled Modification #2 of the Tax Increment
Finance Plan for Redevelopment District #2 has been submitted to
the Planning Commission as required by Minnesota Statute,
Section 462;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION FOR
THE CITY OF MONTICELLO, MINNESOTA, THAT:
1. The modified Finance Plan for Tax Increment Redevelopment
District #2 is found to carry out the purpose and policy
of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Monticello,
Minnesota, and is hereby in all respects approved.
2. A copy of this resolution be forwarded to the City Council
of the City of Monticello.
