RESOLUTION OF THE MONTICELLO PLANNING COMMISSION
FINDING THE CITY'S PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
FOR DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO, 1, THE PROPOSED TAX
INCREMENT FINANCING PLAN FOR TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING DISTRICT NO, 1-1, LOCAT60 WITHIN
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO, 1, TO BE CONSISTENT WITH
THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE CITY.
WHEREAS, the City's proposed Development Program for
Development District No. 1, the proposed Tax Increment Financing
Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 1-1, located within
Development District No. 1, have been submitted to the Monticello
Planning Commission, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section
46 9.126 .
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said Plan to
determine the consistency of said plans to the Comprehensive Plan
of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MONTICELLO PLANNING
COMMISSION, that the Plan is consistent with the City's
Comprehensive Plan, and the Commission recommends approval of the
Plan to the Monticello City Council,
