WHEREAS, the Housing and Redevelopment Authority's Modified
Redevelopment Plan for Redevelopment Project No. 1, Modified Tax
Increment -financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts Nos. 1-1
through 1-1 1, and the Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment
Financing District Na. i-12 (the "Plans"), all located within Redevelopment
Project No.. L have been submitted to the Monticello Planning Commission,
pursuant toiMinnewta S , Section 469.027; and
VVHE AS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said Plans to
de#ermine the consistency of said Plans ta the Comprehensive Plan of the
C sty.

NOW,.1.t�t�QRE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE MONAI--C LWPLAN
G COMMISSION, that the Plans are consistent with the
Monticello Comprehensive Plan, and the Commission recommends approval
of the Plans to the Monticello City Council.
