PROJECT NO.1 AND i nh TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PLANS
FOR TAX INCREMENT DISTRICTS NOS. 1-1,1-2,1-3,1-4,1-5,1-6,
1-791-891-991-1091-1191-1291-1391-1491-1591-1691-17,1-18, and 1-19
TO BE CONSISTENT WITH ' i h PLANS OF i tm CITY
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Monticello has proposed to modify the Central Monticello
Redevelopment Plan and the Tax Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Districts Nos. 1-1, 1-2, 1-3,
1-49 1-59 1-65 1-79 1-85 1-93,1-10, 1-119 1-125 1-139 1-149 1-159 1-169 1-175 1-18, and 1-19 (collectively, the
"Plans") and have submitted the Plans to the Monticello Planning Commission pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, Section 469.175, Subdivision 3, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the Plans to determine their consistency with the
plans for the development of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Planning Commission that the Plans are consistent with
the general plans for the development and redevelopment of the City of Monticello and the Commission
hereby recommends their approval to the City Council.
