A Special Meeting of the Planning Commission was held earlier today at
5:00 with all members present except Bauer.
The following items were acted upon -
1. A unanimous vote to allow Septic Tanks on the five lots of the proposed Commercial
Plaza 25. If the Council approves their recommendation to all -,d eietic tanks,
this use would still be contingent upon the final approval of that plat.
If you approve this recommendation, you may want to consider requiring
the sewer and water hookups to be completed by a certain time (p: d.^ly 60 days)
after hookup is possible. (see Agenda Item # 8)
2. The recommendation to approve the Conditional use application for
a commercial storage building in the proposed Commercial Plaza 25 also
passed una.iimously. This approval would also be contingent upon the final
approval of that plat. (see Agenda Itom N8)
3. Unanimous approval was also given to rocommend the granting of a building permit
to Mrightco Products for a cold storage addition. (sec Agenda Item y ))
4. Unanimous approval was also given to recommend the grantingofa dbuuiilding
permit to NSP to build a 12,000 square foot admdnietteaev�gen3e ItUma� lon'

of Dangerous Buildings. No action was taken.
