AGENDA ITEM 1. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit - Robert Mosford.
Mr. Robert Mbsford has made application for a Conditional Use
Permit to construct a Professional Office Building on the
Southeast corner of Cedar and 3rd Streets. (Lots 9 k 10,
Block F) This area is zoned R -B, thereby requiring a
Conditional Use Permit.
The final plans haven't been reviewed by the Building
Inspector, but all the information presented thus far would
indicate that there would be no problems. Possibly there will be
more information by Tuesday's meeting.
All notices have been sent and publications have been made.
POGSIBLE ACTION: Approval or Denial of this request for
Conditional Use Permit.

It. Samuel Peraro has made application for a Conditional Use
Permit to construct a Motor Fuel Station at the Northeast
comer of the intersection of County Road 117 and Highway 25.
Thie property is zoned B-3, thereby requiring a Conditional
Use Permit.
Plan and specifications have been submitted, and meet all codes
and ordinances. A building permit would not be issued, however,
�v until the Micmeaota Department of Health has approved the
plumbing plan.
All notices have been sent and publlcationo have boon made.
