REGULAR MEETING . MONTICELLO PARKS COMMISSION
Wednesday, November 18, 1992 • 7 p.m.
Members Present: Larry Nolan, Dick Fric, Roger Carlson
Members Absent: Bruce Thielen, Fran Fair
Others Attending: Brad Fyle, Councilmember
2. Consideration of adoption of acenda.
There being no further additions to the agenda, a motion was made by Larry
Nolan and seconded by Roger Carlson to adopt the agenda as submitted.
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Consideration of annrovai of the minutes of the reeular meetine held
October 19, 1.%2.
After discussion, a motion was made by Larry Nolan and seconded by Roger
C Carlson to approve the meeting minutes as submitted. Motion carried
unanimously.
4. Review nreliminary draft of eomorehensive nlan inlroduction/oark inventory.
Dick Frie noted that due to the absence of Bruce Thielen and Fran Fair, it
appears that it might make sense at this time to delay further discussion of
the comprehensive plan until all Parks Commissioners are in attendance. He,
therefore, recommended the balance of the meeting be postponed until
Wednesday, December 2, 1992.
It was the consensus of the Parks Commission members in attendance that the
meeting should he rescheduled to December 2. Staff was directed to send a
notice to the Parks Commission accordingly.
There being no further discussion, a motion was made by Larry Nolan and seconded
by Roger Carlson to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
