t._. REGULAR MEETING - MONTICELLO PARRS COMMISSION
Wednesday, June 12, 1991 - 7:00 p.m.
Members Present: Fran Fair, Bruce Theilen, Roger Carlson, Larry
Nolan, Dick Frie
Members Absent: None

Members present toured all City parks.
2.
Meeting convened after the tour. Election of Chairman.
A motion was made by Larry Nolan and seconded by Fran Fair, to
elect Dick Fria, Chairman. Motion carried unanimously.
3.
Election of Vice President and officer re-election.
A motion was made by Bruce Theilen and seconded by Fran Fair,
to elect Larry Nolan, Vice President. Officers to be re-
elected in January 1992. Motion carried unanimously.
4.
Set terms of office.

It was agreed upon by consensus that the terms of office would
be as follows:
Fran Fair - l year
Bruce Theilen - 2 years
Roger Carlson - 2 years
Larry Nolan - 3 years
Dick Frie - 3 years
5.
Se* Parke Commission meetino time and place.
It was agreed upon by consensus to hold the regular Parks
Commission meetings on the third Wednesday of every month at
7:00 p.m., at City Hall. It was noted that special meetings
may be required. This meeting is to be considered the June
meating.
6.
West Bridge Park will be on the next agenda.
7.
Adlournment.
A motion was made by Fran Fair and seconded by Bruce Theilen,
to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
