Enclosed please find a copy of the draft Inventory materials for the Comprehensive Plan. This
material forms the baseline information upon which the Goals and Plans will build. The
infomnation is presented in a fonnat which is coordinated with the Tactics Report. To the extent
that some inventory data does not directly affect the issues which have been identified as most
importam, that data Is included for reference in the appendix. The information in the text section
of the Inventory is, or will be, directly relevant to the Plans and Programs which will be
developed out of the Concepts which the City chooses.
In preparation for Tuesky's workshop, please review the Inventory for questions you have about
it, emors you note, and anything else which you believe will be important to discuss. In addition
to this information, we will be considering some Concepts for overall land use, as well as some
specific concepts whkh address the information gleaned from the Neighborhood Workshop
meetings. Please feel free to writedown your questions and comments so we do not overlook
them at the meeting. Such written comments are extremely helpflul to us in our review of the
meetings. If you would like to discuss any of the Information, or the process, over the phone,
please do not hesitate to call me.
