The ~eeting was called to order at R:10 p. M. by Mr. Howard L. Kaibel, Jr.,
Executive Secretary for t~e State of Mi nesota Municipal Commission.

The meeting adjourned at 9:55 p. M. wi a statement by Mr. Kaibel that he
would possibly arrange another joint meting before an annexation hearing
is held.

The meeting opened with a statement by the Township Attorney, James Metcalf,
who outlined several possibilities for both parties to consider in arriving
at an annexation agreement. Howard Ka bel mentioned he may be able to talk
to the state tax assessor to see if he could nossibly work with the Wright
County auditor in drawing up a tax map
