A SUMMARY ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 7, CHAPTER 6 — GARBAGA
REFUSE, AND RECYCLING J
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on March 12, 2018, Ordinance No. 694 was adopted
by the City Council of the City of Monticello, Minnesota. Due to the lengthy nature of
Ordinance No. 694, the following Summary Ordinance No. 694A has been prepared for
publication as authorized by state law.
The ordinance adopted by the Council amends Title 7, Chapter 6 of the City Code. The
general purpose of the ordinance amendments are to amend/add the following section:
7-6-1: Definitions
7-6-7: Compost Facilities (yard waste/compostable bags)
A printed copy of the whole ordinance is available for inspection by any person during
the City's regular office hours. The complete ordinance will be posted on the City's website
following publication.
