We also provide consulting and planning assistance to government agencies, intermediaries and regional child care organizations. A nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI), we currently lend in Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin.
