The special meeting of November 24, 1972 was called to order at
7:10 P. M., Friday elrenin�; with the followinv members present:
Mayor 1 illiam Sandberg, VIPIlt Markl inn, Dick Martie, Dan Blonigen,
Jeff Rowan.
A discussion Teas held on the certificate of deposit investment in the
Sewer Operating Fund.
A motion was made by T•4alt Marklinp-, seconded. by Dan Blonis-yen to pledge
$25000.00 in the Seurer Oneratinq Fund for pavment of the Imnrovement
Bond of 1960.
The motion to accent this nledp►e was made by Walt Marklinq'�, seconded
by Dan Blonigen. Voting in fa-Tror: Dan Blonigen, Dick Martie and Walt
Marki_ing. Onnosed: William Sandberg. Abstain: Jeff Rowan. Motion
carried.
A discussion was held concernin7 the transfer of 110,000.00 from the
1^tater Oneratinm Fund to the"Tater Work 81r_kin� Fund. This transfer
Toas renueste-1 by the recommPndat.ion of the villa e auditinz firm of
Oruvs, Johnson, Mosford & Assoc. A motion to transfer the -t109000.00
was made by Wglt Markl i_na, seconded by Jeff Rowan. Voting in favor:
Bloni�en. Markl_ina, �-Iartie, Rogan and. Sandberq,' Opposed: None.
A motion to accent the village h,zdppPt for certification to the Coi.znty
A1ld-i_tor was made by "salt Markl.inP7, seconded by Jeff Rowan. Voting
in favor: Blonirren, Markl_ .n7, Martie, RoT�ran. Oonosed: Sandberg.
Motion carried.
Motion to adjourn by Sandberg, seconded by r`�artie. Carried -- all
in favor. So ordered.
