A special meeting ofthe Monticello City Council was held for the purpose ofconducting the
annual .Board of Review regarding valuations for taxes payable in 2002.
Greg Kratnber atld 'T'ony Rastnuson from the Wright County Assessors office were present.
They provided general background information on valuations and procedures used in
determining the values. 'I"he Board of Keview then considered individual valuations as
